Refund policy
Here at Essique Boutique we aim to provide the trendiest looks at the most affordable prices. We want to make sure every woman feels like she's a Diva! To keep our women looking fierce, we're constantly creating new looks and our inventory is updated weekly.
RETURN POLICY/ IN-STORE CREDIT
- All sales are FINAL. We have a NO RETURN policy, EXCHANGE ONLY if manufacture defective, damaged, or incorrect item. This means you have 2 business days after the delivery date to request for an exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Items must be free of any stains, makeup, deodorant, and wear.
- Exchanges are processed after your item has been received. If item is unavailable, we will honor instore credit.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive online in-store credit.
- All returns must include a return request form. If you do not have a return request form, you may download and print the form .
- We do not provide return labels; you are responsible for the shipping cost.
- If return packages aren't filled out correctly, your item may not be accepted and could experience a delay in processing.
Essique Boutique is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
FINAL SALE / non-returnable items
The following items may not be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted and Clearance items
- Any promo items
Please reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any of these purchases.
Exchanges
Due to our rapid selling products, we can not guarantee the same item for exchange. Upon receiving the item, once it has been accepted, your return will be processed. If item is unavailable, we will honor in-store credit allowing you to make a separate purchase towards available items.
